Vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, garlic, basil, black olives and asiago on an in-house made fresh focaccia bread drizzled with basil pesto oil.

Mozzarella cheese stuffed inside creamy risotto, rolled in bread crumbs and baked golden brown. Served in a pool of marinara sauce and drizzled with basil pesto.

3 house-made burgers served on a ciabatta bun with roasted garlic aioli, tomato, caramelized onions, lettuce, pickles and jalapeno cream cheese.

Elk & Wild Boar Meatballs $24
Our own elk, boar and apple sage meatballs. Sautéed with broccoli, sundried tomatoes, red onions and pineapple tossed in a rosé sauce. Served with penne. 

Chicken Meatball Carbonara $23
House-made chicken and double smoked bacon meatballs with broccoli and fresh grapes in carbonara cream sauce, infused with an egg. Served with cavatappi.
